Director's statement

Hey Little One is my first short film as a solo director. Scripted, drawn, animated, recorded and edited in 10 days during the event Kinomada, Hey little one was made in an emergency mode, in every sense of the word. As a visual artist, I'm usually interested in industrial objects, jokes and color. For this project, I stepped out of my comfort zone and dealt with themes such as connections, life, grief and vulnerability. But color persists, from beginning to end.
