Biography

In 1997, just finished her film studies, Martine went around the world to make her first documentary. This passion for travel has never left her and has transposed into her approach, since she navigates between genres: documentary, animation, experimental and fiction. In 2005, she received the Quebec Council of Culture's International Outreach Award. In 2008, his documentary "Québec, Place of Passage" won the Best Short and Medium-Length Documentary Award at the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois, while "Les personnes qui là" won the Golden Sheaf Award - Best documentary biography at Yorkton Film Festival in 2012. A filmmaker of the intimate, she loves stories of resilience and delves into the folds of realities she brings to the screen.
