Synopsis

Traiter de docilité speaks about relationships, platitude and identity. During a stormy evening, a couple falls into the downward spiral of an awkward quarrel. The confrontation brings them to redefine what unites or divides them.

Biography

Graduated from Cégep Lionel-Groulx's theater option, Jean-Simon began his career with the Kino movement, promoting his ability to direct actors. He made his first short film SMALL TALK, which won the user's prize at the festival Regarding the Court in 2014 and made another short film the following year, JE M'EMMERDE, co-production Québec / Belgium, which is to have a good life in festival. He also signs the writing and production of the series DRABES produced by Colonelle Film and broadcast on Tou.tv, always in the same theme of everyday life and common place. As an actor, he will defend Bruno's role in Rodrigue Jean's film "Love at the time of the Civil War", for which he opted for a nomination as the best supporting actor at the 2016 Quebec Film Gala.
