Synopsis

 Melanie’s strongest wish is to have a family that stands together, that stays together. Meanwhile, her boyfriend David is about to roll away to become a long-distance truck driver. Sweet as an ice cream, EVERYTHING’S FINE opens a window on the emotions contained in a mother’s heart, who always puts others first.

Biography

Audrey Nantel-Gagnon starts her path with SHIRLEY TEMPLE (2018). In 2021, she releases two videoclips (MONA LISE - Calamine, MA MALADIE MENTALE - Émile Bilodeau), and the short film EVERYTHING’S FINE (Tout roule). Oscillating between documentary and fiction, Audrey plays on the border of genres and makes her characters the center of her work. Focused on proximity, her approach attaches great importance to human observation, leaning towards an accessible, dynamic and sensitive cinema.
