Synopsis
In the Limoilou neigbourhood of Quebec City, René and Polo are apprehensive about the arrival of the new next-door neighbour. Though he doesn't know it, the young man is moving into the apartment previouly occupied by Robert, their late friend who passed away two weeks prior. Spotting Robert's barbecue left on the balcony, René begins to spiral as he refuses to leave it in the hands of the new next-door neighbour.

Biography
Following his studies in public communications, Jean-David founded his production company, Vaudeville Groupe Créatif. After seven years of work in the advertising industry, he enters the fiction world in 2020 with his first short film, Danavan.
Trained in film directing at the INIS, Franie-Éléonore Bernier has directed various short films shown in festivals, such as La Bagatelle (2015), Mal de cœur (2018) and Les Vaisseaux du destin (2019).
