Biography

Having grown up across the Atlantic, Gaëlle Hannebicque completed her studies in video production in Paris. Curious about others and the Elsewhere, she chose to emigrate to Quebec in 2008. Upon her arrival, she took the chance to work as an assistant and production coordinator with recognized organizations such as Vidéo Femmes, SAGAfilms and VoirGrand.tv . Motivated by these experiences with a quality team, Gaëlle decided to become more involved in the Quebec arts community. In 2009 she participated in the Media Arts Exploration Laboratories given by Vidéo Femmes. Resortira of this training the short film The Weather Conditions. She then pushes the door of the Quebec-France association, a new video project on hand. At the end of 2009, the adventure Breaking the Ice, Québec Beyond Eldorado, tells the story of French immigrants in Quebec. Gaëlle is passionately involved in writing, production and production to carry out this report in 2010. Stimulated by these first conclusive tests, she pursues her desire to produce and make videos close to the documentary, trying to to highlight topics that are not well covered, such as for his last short film: My body to the back, dealing with the handicap of scoliosis. At the same time, Gaëlle is video project manager at Nota Bene, an obnl dedicated to entrepreneurial succession.
