Biography

ALEXIS FORTIER GAUTHIER

Trained at UQÀM and INIS, Alexis Fortier Gauthier co-directed in 2004, the documentary On the Quai de la Gare, awarded to the RVCQ. He then signed the short films After All (Genie Award 2008), In the Snow and Gaspé Copper. The latter obtains a nomination in the category "Best short or medium length" Jutra in 2014. In 2016, he co-directs the feature film Ink and Blood and continues his year with two shorts, Without words and The wind in the face.

ALEXANDRE AUGER

Alexandre Auger wrote the short films "Gaspé Copper" and "Pas la grosse Sophie" and co-wrote the feature films "Yo", directed by Matias Meyer, and "Prank", directed by Vincent Biron. He is currently working on various projects of short and feature films, including the film "Behind the sound of machines", a new collaboration with director Alexis Fortier Gauthier that will be produced by the COOP video of Montreal and distributed by Films Christal.
