Montreal author Marie-Célie Agnant collects stories, dreams and demands from Parc-Extension neighbours, in order to write a letter to their deputy, Justin Trudeau, now the 23rd Prime Minister of Canada.

Biography

Andres Livov was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied opera staging at the prestigious Colon Theater (Buenos Aires) and graduated in fine arts from York University in Toronto. In 2005, he attended the Berlinale Talent Campus of the 55th Berlin International Film Festival. "Welcome to Los Pereyra" his first documentary, was presented among others in Amsterdam, Montreal, Buenos Aires, Calgary, Kiev, Havana and Santiago. His short film "Letters to the Prime Minister" is the 2015 winner of the Regard sur Montréal residency, offered by the Cultural Enterprise Development Corporation (SODEC), the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) through its program ACIC, the Montreal Arts Council (CAM) and Les Films de l'Autre.
